My next model will be the Eurofighter Typhoon (Revell 1/144). Often I transform modern jets into small canards (cutting the tail away) but here it is already canard so I will do the opposite: making a small plane with rear T-tail, (and rocket powered without the low air intakes). ;D

Note: for French readers having no English language knowledge, Typhoon is pronounced as Teephoon as the English T-phoon.  They would require for the true Typhoon pronunciation the writing Taïphoune, yes. <_<

From all the parts, I planned to use only 11.
Then, with the first drops of glue, it seems I will have to add the little part between fin and canopy (before truncating the tail and move the fin & jet nozzles forward):

Thanks!

Now I have truncated the tail, then glued the fin, showing a preview of the final aspect: <_<

Nice, Tophe! It has a bit of a Javelin vibe going there!

No way, Tophe's T-Phoon is pretty, and a Javelin is anything BUT!  ;D ;)

Gloster designed a thin wing Javelin to improve its high speed performance, but AFAIK they still kept the same fat fuselage!

The dogs philosophy on life.
If you cant eat it hump it or fight it,
Pee on it and walk away!!

The chord of the foreplanes (now tailplanes) is too big to be very high on the fin, so the T-tail will not be a perfect T, sorry :-\
But I have glued the truncated wings also and the model is finished, drying: <_<

I could let it this way, grey with clear canopy, but... there is a little light grey putty holding the nozzles, and no seat Inside the cockpit (of mine), so I think I will paint it sky blue with a black canopy, as usual

AeroplaneDriver

Does look like a mini-Javelin!
So I got that going for me...which is nice....
