Cant wait for this build...I have the first day off, then three days away at the NC coast, so It'll be a challenge, but I'm off when I get home from the coast so fingers crossed!!

My entry will be the AMX International A-1NZ.  One of the 22 ordered in 2002 following the uproar following the cancellation of the F-16 order by the Clark government.  The cheaper AMX was seen as a compromise to keep the RNZAF in the fighter game at a lower cost...the AMX fleet ordered by New Zealand were all built to be fitted with the AN/APG-66 radar sets removed form the retiring A-4K fleet.  With upgrades this allowed for the fitting of the AIM-120 AMRAAM and AGM-84 Harpoon missiles as well as a wide range of free fall and laser guided bombs, rocket pods, AIM-9, ASRAAM and AGM-65 Maverick missiles.
