I guess I missed the part where these models needed to pass some kind of review board, or meet certain criteria.  I thought this, and other what-if sites were just for fun.  Cripes, I've seen here airplanes with octopus noses, and aircraft powered by Zen forces, and I thought these were pretty darn cool.  Didn't realize that they had to be practical.  Well, that does it for me.  You guys have a great time, I'm done.

I hope that's a joke, because if it isn't I'm pretty sure you missed these bits of the same post;

Cool.

...... (not that that matters here) but it's a great bit of work.  Good job.

as the (author of) responsible for the airplane with octopus nose, I vote for your stay, because your tri-stang is really extremely well done (much beyond my amateur skills), and, most importantly to me ;-) extremely well conceived.

Cool.

I'm not convinced of the practicality (not that that matters here) but it's a great bit of work.  Good job.

As someone who posted a triple P-38 Lightning here, I think it's damn practical ;) and I especially love the contra prop in the middle - nice touch!

Well, guys, sometimes I get a little sideways and don't know when to chill out  :-X  Will try to relax and remember these are just lumps of plastic after all.  Apologies.

I think there are multiple sensitivities here, between 100% dream 0% practical to 10% dream 90% practical (or said differently: 100% crazy 0% sane to 10% crazy 90% sane).I think my own position is 99% crazy 1% sane, while I understand 1% sane is sometimes like a "bonus", pretended seriousness being like a joke... :unsure: :-\ ;D

Lack of credibility, illustrated:

Your Tristang is very serious, almost shy in invention, compared... ;D
