Me, I'm dishonest, and you can always trust a dishonest man to be dishonest.
Honestly, it's the honest ones you have to watch out for!!!

The Wooksta!

I don't know what's happened to Aston.  Their newer designs just seem to be getting more and more vile.

I'm with The Wooksta there, the DB7 and DB9 were 'pure' Aston in their shape. The more modern cars look more like Transformers toys.

As an aside, apparently they named it Vulcan '....in honour of the RAF's Vulcan bombers that flew from RAF Gaydon near our factory'.

Except that Vulcans never were based at Gaydon, it was always a Valiant or Victor base!  :banghead:

And Aston Martin Victor would have sounded SO much better too..........
Kit's Rule 1 ) Any aircraft can be improved by fitting longer wings, and/or a longer fuselage
Kit's Rule 2) The backstory can always be changed to suit the model

...and I'm not a closeted 'Take That' fan, I'm a REAL fan! :)

Kit

It looks like it does because it's a racing car, which will not be spending anytime on yer local roads and will be usually
covered in sponsorship markings.  ;D

I think they've got there eyes on the next Batman movie.  I quite like it's aggressive looks, not pretty mind, an ex-TVR designer must be on the crew.
I don't think it's nice, you laughin'. You see, my mule don't like people laughin'. He gets the crazy idea you're laughin' at him. Now if you apologize, like I know you're going to, I might convince him that you really didn't mean it.

Surely it would be the next Bond movie?  Aston-Martins are dedicated to Commander Bond, surely?  ;)

What I dislike is the giant fin on the back.  Not the essence of cool IMHO.  Not at all.  Very disappointing.

No different than the cars it will be racing against. I repeat it aint' a road car.

The Wooksta!

The Aston Martin DP214 isn't a road car, but it's still a thing of sheer beauty.

The DBR9, although I dislike it, is still a very attractive car, despite being track only.

A dog turd looks like a dog turd, whether it's on a track or a road.

Yep, a classic beauty, as are most of its ilk of the period. That was then, the Vulcan is for today, and personally
I find brutally attractive in its own right, but then I like the Bulldog and the Lagonda 4-door along with a slew of
other '70s folded-paper designs others hate.  ;D

He likes his road cars, Batman's not so fussy.  :dalek:

They need to get Zachary Quinto to drive one. Then the circle would be complete.
In want of hobby space!  The kitchen table is never stable.  Still managing to get some building done.
