Another ill conceived, lazily thought out, crudely executed and badly painted piece of half arsed what-if modelling muppetry from zenrat industries.

Ah well, see you in a month or so then...............
Kit's Rule 1 ) Any aircraft can be improved by fitting longer wings, and/or a longer fuselage
Kit's Rule 2) The backstory can always be changed to suit the model

...and I'm not a closeted 'Take That' fan, I'm a REAL fan! :)

Rear engine scoop (not actually from a drag car but lookalike it might be from a Pro Stock)

DB in the front supercharged small block Chev in the back

Looking good. Real good. I love the lines of this thing, it's an excellent idea and you're really pulling it off !

Still time to screw up!
Too hot to put filler into window frames today (it was drying on the knife) and the flooring won't be delivered until tomorrow so I sat in the hot box shed (34C) and knocked off the first "S" session of the PSR (always the worst) followed by a lick of primer.
Having preserved the moulded on DF loop all the way up to this point I managed to snap it off today.

I used to get me a lot of motivation back in the day when I was out in my hot shed

Must, then, my projects bend to the iron yoke of a mechanical system? Is my soaring spirit to be chained down to the snail's pace of matter?

KiwiZac

I'm loving this, it looks the business. Great work so far.

A nice solution for the landing gear.

Thanks blokes.

No time to build today as I was putting more of my snap-tite flooring together.

Seeing this build (and Captain Canada's Bf 55) I wonder if a Bf 110 Zwilling with nose-mounted engines would be feasible..?

RAFF-35

I don't usually like AS designs, but this is looking very nice so far, and I feel your pain with snapping off antenna after avoiding them for so long  :banghead: but I can't wait to see it finished
Don't let ageing get you down, it's too hard to get back up

zenrat

I knew it would happen <sigh>
I almost always cut that sort of thing off right at the start but this time I thought I could save it...

But, y'see, you were Taunting Murphy... he doesn't need even that much of an excuse at the best of times...  ;)

zenrat

Hmmm, yes.  I'm normally carefull not to risk the wrath of the Gods of Mozz.

I now have both this and the Hs 127 at the PSR stage so i'm going to have to be carefull to maintain discipline and not put them to one side in favour of starting something else.
Although I do want to knock up some Luftwaffe vehicles to sit with them for photos...

PSR is completed and it is primed.
White undercoat tomorrow, then yellow noses & rudder and then some RLMs in conjunction with the RLMing of the Folgore.
