Congratulations to all the winners!

To the other nominees: Excellence in a field of Excellence sometimes gets lost. Better luck next time! ;)

Viewing the Whiffies nominees and winners is two-edged sword for me - I admire the workmanship, skill and sheer imagination of them all , and at the same time I hate them all because [in my mind] its far superior to my own efforts :banghead:

Ah, now I've got to the age where I know and can accept my limitations. I find them inspirational but I'm quite comfortable where I am with my modelling ability, or lack of it. Growing old disgracefully has its advantages sometimes

Well said that man!

EXACTLY how I feel at this stage in my life, I build what I want to build at my current level of capability and I'm not that fussed about 'pushing forward the frontiers of modelling'.

Hi all,

I`m now in the process of sending out the winners certificates. Some of you will already have been sent yours, others will get theirs over the next day or so and others have been PM`d as they do not have an email address within their profile.

I would be grateful if you could contact me asap with an email so that I can wrap up these awards.

Muchos Gracious.

My pleasure all and thanks to Dizzy for helping out.

I`m slowly but surely making my way through sending out the certificates with a number of winners still to get back to me with a relevent email address. I`m away for a few days now so I`ll send out the rest starting Monday.

Right, I think I can now confirm that I have sent out or at least contacted all the winners for an email for their certificates.

If I have missed anything or somethings not quite right, then please get in touch via PM.

Until next year, this is the Whiffie Academy saying goodbye and good luck.

I completely forgot about the Whiffies Awards Show. I was surprised to find that I had  been nominated for a build in two different categories. I am honored to be in such august company. I build for fun. I am happy to share my humble efforts. Congratulations to all winners and nominees. Well done to all! Pain and confusion to all rivet-counters!
