Well summed up Lance, nuts but in a good way! :drink:
I don't think it's nice, you laughin'. You see, my mule don't like people laughin'. He gets the crazy idea you're laughin' at him. Now if you apologize, like I know you're going to, I might convince him that you really didn't mean it.

Only the best Captain, only the best.  I love Krazy glue.  Works great, pretty cheap, and in small container so less worries about it drying up into an expensive brick.

Thanks for all the comments guys.  I appreciate it.

A little more work:

Rough lay out.

Track pods layed out.   The will be a little more clearance between the treads and the flight deck.

In the spirit of the ship names in Iain M.Banks' "Culture" novels, you should actually call it the "Sorry About Your Village".....

If it was a "Bolo"-type AI or "mind-ship", I'd agree whole-heartedly, but it's a bit early (mid-1930's-ish) for that, so I'd go with something like Invincible, Indefatigable, Dreadnaught, etc., or their German/French/Russian/Italian/Japanese counterparts.

I do like Juggernaut and the classic British names that inspire power, but I want the name to line up with the nationality of the picture on the magazine cover. I can not ascertain from the cover what nationality the cover depicts, but am assuming US as I note the stack is red white and blue, and I believe the magazine was published for mainly US readers.  Juggernaut and other power names are not that common for US platforms of the era.  Perhaps something more American like Kearsarge, Constellation, Ranger, Enterprise, etc.  Maybe Conestoga as a refernce to the covered wagons in the western expansion? How an american beast gets to the continent is another puzzle.

"Sorry about your Village" is a touge and cheek reference to the cover artwork with the beast rolling over a quaint village- now that is a way to earn the "hearts and minds" of the locals

Whatever the official name, the crews would likely call it "the beast" or some other variation

Or could the red/white/blue be French?  Anyone have the October 1934 magazine in the stash?  I saw one on ebay ;D

Leviathan of course.
Biblical connotations and it was also used in Melville's Moby Dick.

It also has tie-ins with Mike Moorcock's steampunk classic: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/The_Land_Leviathan

Or Behemoth...
