Got to the age where I try not to make to many plans. Other than to wake up on a morning  ;)

Someone mentioned that the Boeing E-3 Sentry was going to be fitted with the FASS radar layout similar to the BAe Nimrod AEW.3. This might work in 1/144 scale as I don't think the 1/72 resin conversion set is available anymore.
I found that someone has printed a 3D model kit in 1/144 scale of the BAe Nimrod R.1, Nimrod MR.2 and the AEW.3 at a reasonable price way cheaper than the Anigrand model kit although the AEW.3 doesn't look quite right.
I'm not quite sure if I can get hold of the S + M model conversion sets but for now it's going to be the 1/144 Boeing E-3 or Grumman E-2 Hawkeye.
Alternative options are in 1/144 scale:
CtA Boeing E-767 AWACS conversion set with Japanese decals  kit 17
Sova m14002 Lockheed EV-130V
Hobbyboss KJ-200
Academy E-737 Peace Eye  (E-7 Wedgetail)

My only plan is not to make any plans. The road to hell is paved with good intentions. 😉😂. Next on to the workbench will be my turbofan powered 1/144 Airbus A-400M Two engines from which  from which will be used for my C-130 twin version

I'm kinda enjoying the kick in the butt the group builds give me.  I'm grinding away on a crazy amphibian and plotting and scheming on the the invasion of Japan group build coming up.  What a disaster. MacArthur as president in 1944, a co-bellegrancy against the USSR under Himmler or some other goon? Some exchange  of information but hopefully not policy... GACK!  I've abandoned  some WHIFFS because the back stories just got too awful...

Finish my New Jersey warship builds, I'm very nearly almost done!

Address some more of the starteds.  I've NJ ANG airplanes to build, two NS Savannahs including one I promised a friend,

Get built models out of the house to museums.

More time building instead of mindlessly staring at screens.

More time out of doors!  We ALL should do that.
In want of hobby space!  The kitchen table is never stable.  Still managing to get some building done.

If nothing else, frequenting here, with a sketch/notepad for any ideas that crop up, can be a start. :thumbsup:
