I'll agree with that

Ok
The Mig-27 of the Air, and Air Defence Forces of the Finnish Peoples Democratic Republic is fixed.
As is the Fokker XXI of the Irish Air Corps.
I have a cunning plan for the Gladiator's struts involving splinting bits, we will see  :banghead:

Well I have nearly finished a real life Polish Mig-15UTI - just needs decaling.

Working on a Pakistani F-80 which they were offered along with a license to build them, makes you wonder who in the area might have ended up with them, hmm.

Also dithering about what scheme to do on a Mig-21 - was thinking about an Irish one - ex Czech NATO compliant version - Czech colours with Irish bosses over the Czech roundels, with mercenary Czech and Slovak crews/groundcrew.

Edit - The other idea is an Angolan F-84G ex-Portuguese

Any thoughts?

All sound suitably interesting.

Maybe a joint Irish/Czech training mission. Was thinking of split Irish/Czech markings, but I can't see how you'd do that ?

Any MiG 21 build is good to see.

- Can't be bothered to do the proper research and get it right.  Revelling in numptytism.

Another ill conceived, lazily thought out, crudely executed, badly painted piece of half arsed what-if modelling muppetry.

Yes it would be difficult. My idea was the IAAC needs a fighter to intercept Russian Bears probing their economic zone. So I back dated it to about 2008 - 10 (the date is a bit fluid) when the Czechs replaced their last Mig-21s with Grippens, and Ireland did a deal see above.
