A surprisingly large aeroplane, the HP Harrow, and the first 'production' tanker as well.

Now there's an idea, a Harrow with a Boeing KC-97 vintage 'Flying Boom' sticking out the back.  ;D
Kit's Rule 1 ) Any aircraft can be improved by fitting longer wings, and/or a longer fuselage
Kit's Rule 2) The backstory can always be changed to suit the model

...and I'm not a closeted 'Take That' fan, I'm a REAL fan! :)

What a good idea!

I have been told about a real world  early 1930's in flight refuelling demonstration.  My mother went to an "air circus" at Carlisle Municipal Aerodrome in about  1932 or so.  A display was given of air-to-air refuelling!   A wing walker in a D H Moth or similar hooked a can of petrol onto a rope dangling from another biplane flying  just above them.  The rope was reeled in and the fuel poured into the tank.  the can was then discarded over the centre of the airfield.  Can't see it catching on as a system  but my six year old mum remembered it clearly..

Two from Britmodeller

First, an F-107

And then well, an Amiot 143 for the 21st century. Frankly the colour scheme puts me off and a lot of things are related to model and available bits to add on, but l would also carve in bomb bays in the wings...

Nice work on that F-107! The new nose looks great.
Poor fellow needs to work on spelling American states! It's Kansas with an R sound in front of it.

No, those are the Kansasian pirates when they're asked where they're from. "Ar...Kansas."
