Picked up another An-124 as I'm pretty sure the LHS had the wrong pricetag on it.  Then again, there was quite a bit of dust on it, even considering for a model that's only been out since 2005.

Got the 1:48 Hasegawa Nakajima C6N1 "Myrt" recon plane, too.  Going to see if I can somehow stretch that canopy to be even  l o n g e r.   ;D

And an Italeri 1:48 A-20 Boston (plan to stick turboprops and a t-tail to modernize it).    :banghead:
Styrene in my blood and an impressive void in my cranium.

Or not to be, that is the question;
Whether 'tis nobler in the mind to suffer
The Slings and Arrows of outrageous Fortune
Or to take arms against a sea of troubles,
And by opposing, end them. To die, to sleep;
No more; and by a sleep to say we end
The heart-ache and the thousand natural shocks
That flesh is heir to — 'tis a consummation
Devoutly to be wish'd. To die, to sleep;
To sleep, perchance to dream. Ay, there's the rub,
For in that sleep of death what dreams may come,
When we have shuffled off this mortal coil,
Must give us pause. There's the respect
That makes calamity of so long life,
For who would bear the whips and scorns of time,
Th'oppressor's wrong, the proud man's contumely,
The pangs of dispriz'd love, the law's delay,
The insolence of office, and the spurns
That patient merit of th'unworthy takes,
When he himself might his quietus make
With a bare bodkin? who would fardels bear,
To grunt and sweat under a weary life,
But that the dread of something after death,
The undiscovered country from whose bourn
No traveller returns, puzzles the will,
And makes us rather bear those ills we have
Than fly to others that we know not of?
Thus conscience does make cowards of us all,
And thus the native hue of resolution
Is sicklied o'er with the pale cast of thought,
And enterprises of great pitch and moment
With this regard their currents turn awry,
And lose the name of action.

Could do it Japanese or Malaysian

I got today something I've been after for a number of years, a Maintrack 1/72 Supermarine Seagull, the one with the Griffon engine & contra-prop.  Also got hold of Cutting Edge 1/72 LC-130R Ski conversion and a really nice 1/72 Super Connie engine set made by HaHen.

A couple of days ago I got from Paragon, Neil' 1/72 Merlin 85 Lancaster conversion and four 1/72 Tallboys (just the bombs and chains). The bombs are for an up-coming project I've in mind.

Went to the LHS today where I picked up my Airfix Nimrod.  What a MASSIVE kit this is!!  This one will probably sit on the shelf for a while before I figure out what to do with it and/or work up the nerve to tackle such a big project.  But at least I have one now, since all the cool kids are getting them!

I also stopped by Hobby Lobby for a pack of their cheap #11 blades and walked out with a Tamiya 1/100 Mig21 too.  I'm starting to accumulate quite a few of these little Tamiya kits.  I may have to build one!
So I got that going for me...which is nice....

The former, but probably not what you're thinking.

It goes on the bench tomorrow.  I'll squeeze it inbetween the EP-8A and A-7K projects.

hmm, aircav. thanks for the correction. i am going to use the guns for another project and give the halftrack
a soft top and some extra guns ala the LRDG chevrolet truck for special work in the ETO. M16's did have a soft
top option didn't they?
