Maquette's 1/72  HP Dart Hearald arrived and immediately it's cowlings were put to the test.

It fits:
a Revell-Germany He-70
a Hasegawa B-25

Bummer:  It's too big for an Avia B.35 with spats

Daryl J., darting about a bit

Well if it fits the He-70, you might also have luck marrying it up to a Stuka or He-111.

Darts rocks! It's a proven fact that darts...  ;)
King Arthur: Can we come up and have a look?
French Soldier: Of course not. You're English types.
King Arthur: What are you then?
French Soldier: I'm French. Why do you think I have this outrageous accent, you silly king?

Well regardless I would rather take my chance out there on the ocean, that to stay here and die on this poo-hole island spending the rest of my life talking to a gosh darn VOLLEYBALL.

Stick em on an Avro Anson, then the Annie would probably still be in RAF service!   Wouldn't surprise me the way things are....  -_-
I don't think it's nice, you laughin'. You see, my mule don't like people laughin'. He gets the crazy idea you're laughin' at him. Now if you apologize, like I know you're going to, I might convince him that you really didn't mean it.

My mother used to work with someone wh claimed that he was the reason the Annie lasted as long as it did with the RAF.  Apparently he was in Avro's production office and, since they had an open contract with the RAF to produce Anson parts, whenever there was a lull that's what they made.   By the time the RAF realised and cancelled the contract, they had enough spare parts (wings, fuselages, tails etc.) for the aircraft still to be going now.

Made some scrappers very rich.
"Inconceivable!"

"You keep using that word. I do not think it means what you think it means."
