F2r-1 Dark Shark Suggestions?

Well, ol' LDB scored a few goodies at the annual Squadron Open House!  First up on my list is a Ryan F2R-1 Shark.  I know I want to do USN Korea-era markings, but I'm not sure who.  It comes with VF-41, which has a white tail, and yellow stripes.  I wouldn't mind doing a Black Sheep version, or, if I were feeling maudlin, a Bridges At Toko-Ri plane.

Any suggestions?

Also purchased, an Avia S-199 (for $1.99!) and an AMT/ESCI EFA Typhoon prototype for  the air wing, and an M1A2 ($12.99) and M1 Panther ($11.99!!!), oh and a few Dragon figure kits and some super-duper cheap books ($0.25, and $0.05!!!!).  And, let's not forget a stack of Tamiya paints!

Lady Beavis just gives me dirty looks when she passes the new stash.  Better get building!!!

I'm actually kinda surprised that no one has suggested the actual colours of a shark, like the blue for instance.

How about one of the allied partner nations in the Korean War that aren't usuaully covered, like Thailand or Greece, or even Luxemburg???  Luxemburg's roundel is pretty striking, if you can find the decals:
