When I was younger, I used to create and make my own models. I dont do this anymore, but this is what remainded me :)

First is some mutation of F-117. I didnt understand the angels exactly, but... it looks good and that was the most important.

And when two batteries are in the weapon bay, then comes.... the surprise! :)

Some time later I created another much sophisticated mutation. These two big tubes were not jet engines (there was only one at the center of the fuselage with air intakes behind the cockpit), but some sort of advanced ducted fan that pressed the cold air during cruise. Both fans were powered by jet engine from center section by shaft.

Lenght of the first model: 20 cm
Lenght of the second model: 27 cm

And the last surprise - except canopy glass, they are completely made from paper!

Wow, you are good! Paper? If so Rafael and Archie will like extra much!

The -117 looks like it was built for Homer Simpson.

That other creation of your looks like a cross between the various F-19 rendentions & the MiG-31 Firefox.

Both look super sweet!

I like both models Matej, shows a lot of imagination at a young age & adding lighting as well! :o
I don't think it's nice, you laughin'. You see, my mule don't like people laughin'. He gets the crazy idea you're laughin' at him. Now if you apologize, like I know you're going to, I might convince him that you really didn't mean it.

Good to have you aboard!!!

Interesting concept jets...very cool, especially lit up.

Matej that's some fantastic work and one great way to introduce yourself to the board! Lighting that first cool model definately takes it to the next level!

I really like that interesting dark green color you used too.

Matej:

I am amazed at what you have created, and in paper with electronics, yet!

Rafael and I are sort of challenging each other to get me into paper models as I'm sure I will learn a lot that could be transferred over to plastic scratchbuilding but I can honestly say this:

I sure as heck could not do what you have done with paper but you and Rafael have inspired me to try.

Will be most enthusiastically looking forward to further posts from you, Matej!

The huge windows to see inside the cockpit are one of the most original part... :D

The cockpit is just too much! I love the light up feature, I have always had trouble with dimensions when scratch building so the fact your came out looking like aircraft impresses me.
