Tropico Group Build

I had this thought the other day while playing a favorite game of mine, Tropico. In which you play the leader, "El Presidente", of a small fictitious caribbean island banana republic. Tropico at Wikipedia.

So my idea is a Tropico group build, aircraft, tanks, and ships in service with militaries from fictitious banana republics. Whiffs from real island nations (Barbadoian Mig-29's ), and odd ball things such as "El Presidente's" limo would be ok as well. I was thinking of maybe allowing profiles from some of our artists.

Time frame I was thinking April to September, what better time to do a tropical island build than in summer. But as there are all ready several approved GB's for this year and many more proposed ones another time frame I was thinking of is October 07 to March 08. That way during the colder months we can be reminded of the joys of summer.

Also good back stories are a must, maps of your banana republic would be great.
