I find that bottom photo fascinating
Do not condemn the judgement of another because it differs from your own. You may both be wrong.

You and me both Chris. It looks like a GIANT 3-poster version of one of the road simulators I worked on for many years, and I could just imagine the B-29 bouncing up and down on those actuators like my customers test cars did.  ;D

But I hate to THINK of the size of the valves and hydraulic power supply they'd need to actually do that!  :o
Kit's Rule 1 ) Any aircraft can be improved by fitting longer wings, and/or a longer fuselage
Kit's Rule 2) The backstory can always be changed to suit the model

...and I'm not a closeted 'Take That' fan, I'm a REAL fan! :)

- Can't be bothered to do the proper research and get it right.  Revelling in numptytism.

Another ill conceived, lazily thought out, crudely executed, badly painted piece of half arsed what-if modelling muppetry.

I'm hearing a  mechanic, staring at the underside of the (B29 No,  wrong!  sorry  )  , B50 and saying "Now I've got it up on the ramp, I can see that this job's going to cost you.  That's what happens if you insist on  fitting non-standard parts "

Amended after assistance from Gondor
"If you can keep your head when all about you
Are losing theirs and blaming it on you....."
It  means that you read  the instruction sheet

Except that's a B-50. The easiest visual difference is the engine nacelles. The other pic has a B-29, the one with the black undersides.

I know it's in a book I have around here somewhere....
