Tonight's update.  ^_^  Not too shabby for about 8 hours work. The reason for the honker bomb is that I see this one doing anti logistics mission around Burma or Himalayas. If you see a enemy convoy traveling through a canyon or the side of the mountain, you don't have to get close to endanger your bird. You just drop one of these mini Grand Slams on the mountain above and cause a rock slide or avalanche to take out the convoy or block a pass. Works in my little world.    ;)  :)

Aw man, is that ever a cool use of that fighter plane skull nose art!  You frickin' genius!!!

B-58's looking nostalgic and sleek, too.

Very cool.

Styrene in my blood and an impressive void in my cranium.

Brian da Basher

OH YEAH! That looks fabulous Mr Miller! Brilliant thinking to use that skull nose art decal! The B-58 looks killer too.

Do not condemn the judgement of another because it differs from your own. You may both be wrong.

Way cool! Looks so right, the bomb is a nice addition. Yet another one I wish I'd thought of.

Sweet! B)  Love the concept, kind like the 10,000 MOAB (mother of all bombs) they dropped out of the back of C-130s.

Brian da Basher

This beauty only took NINE HOURS?! Wow Eddie looks like you're primed and ready for the 1 Week GB. Great stuff!

Not so bad he says.....Hmmm, I'd say it's a more than a bit better than not so bad!

Came out great Eddie!  You know what is funny about the solidarity builds, If we had done it as a group build with a deadline of one week we wouldn't have been able to finish on time  :dum:  Don't know why but if you put a deadline on something real life is certain to bite you in the backside.

Yep, the stars and planets were in the exact prime spot for this to have worked for me. It really was liberating, because I know I can do a decent model in less than 3 days, if the want should come up again. I'm thinking of giving this one to my son for his ceiling. Then, go back to walmart and pick up the 5 Spirit of St. Louis' they have. Build one from daughter ,and bash the rest! Oh my, a 4 engine Spirit of St. Louis! (cue the evil scientist laugh ;) )

Markm70, BdaB and Black Ops,
Thanks Guys! I really appreciate your kind words B) .

I want to thank Mr.Howling Mouse for the reminder of what it was like to not be so .....critical of my work. Very liberating. I'm ready for the one week GB anytime.

To Baz, a toast of ice cold.......cream soda, my favorite!
