Hey Tophe you must make a "Zwilling" of these egg-planes... nice models to be built
King Arthur: Can we come up and have a look?
French Soldier: Of course not. You're English types.
King Arthur: What are you then?
French Soldier: I'm French. Why do you think I have this outrageous accent, you silly king?

Well regardless I would rather take my chance out there on the ocean, that to stay here and die on this poo-hole island spending the rest of my life talking to a gosh darn VOLLEYBALL.

Tophe

I will not try to glue plastic on metal, but Photopainting is easy... ;)

747Z, asymmetric (starboard metal+port plastic)

Hasegawa's kit is much more accurate, obviously :)

Sorry... just yolking.  Get it, a yolk?  I just crack myself up.  Sometimes I get scrambled, but only if I ponder which came first...

Accurate... accurate... do you mean the Hasegawa eggplane would be the one approved by JMNs?  :D
And even if scrambled eggs/omelette is my favourite meal in the World, I guess I will not break these cute little eggs... ^_^

Nope...just chickens.

Soo... anybody make a an eggplane Shuttle atop an eggplane 747?
And I suppose if that's been done, how 'bout kitbashing a eggplane Buran on an eggplane An-225?

Tophe

I fear the Shuttle eggplane is as big as the 747 eggplane, that cannot stand as a motherplane (solidly enough I mean)...
For the An-225/Buran eggs, I wish I had enough skills to create that by myself, while... if I were skillfull enough I would start by scratchbuilt P-51A/P-51D/P-82E eggs family...
By the way, Naoto, this seems to be your very first post, welcome! and your signature is Japanese, that may be interesting, many of us having probably Japanese words to translate and that seemed impossible (for us)... You could become very popular.

Soo... has anybody considered an eggplane TSR-2? or an eggplane CF-105?

And why not an eggplane Space Ship One?

Has anybody considered an eggplane Airbus 380?  or Airbus A300-600ST (aka "Beluga")?

And some stuff in the spirit of eggplanes:

(okay, so the site is in Japanese...  You'll need to pick up a copy of Pepakura viewer from here http://www.tamasoft.co.jp/pepakura-en/ if you don't already have it )

Hmm... ever notice how E.D.I. (from the movie "Stealth") looks sort'a like a D-21 crossed with the Testors/Italeri F-19 and HAL-9000?

BTW, thanks for the welcome "Tophe" and "Alvis 3.1"

Of course... I could always pull off a "Ijiwaru Baasan" (roughly translates as "malicious granny" -- a rather funny comic strip from Japan featuring a granny that pulls all sorts of pranks) and mistranslate on purpose...  ;)
