The top (bottom) view is quite interesting .... but the forward fuselage looks a bit bulky. I wonder if an F/A-18 front end would fit 

It would probably have had a pointier front end as it would have gained the Buccaneer's Blue Parrot radar in service.

It is certainly another of those interesting designs that with some minor changes might have been a contender.

Back to the OT, I'm now writing up the instructions for the MDC 265, and starting to print out some stock. I have a bulk order of the F-16 pitot set from Master in progress also (you'd be amazed how much cheaper it is to buy 50 sets of pitots direct from Poland, even with shipping and customs charges!). So hopefully, by next week, I'll be in a position to have kits live on the online store. Also for reference, the Lightning F.53 twin stores carriers as seen on G-AXEE & G-AWON are now available.

Additionally, I'll see if I can enable some sort of "collect in person" type thing for those who may want to collect from me direct at Telford like last year.

I do like that business with the tailplane being an integral part of the fuselage, makes for a very clean airframe.

Looks reminiscent of the Sea Vixen... could base a conversion on one of those?
