Yup did that as a kid with my dad. We used to go out every Sunday until I got to senior school. Went all over London using his rail travel card, he worked for BR, great days. In later years we went down the pub every Sunday  :cheers:

I do that on the Newcastle Metro when I'm up there, much to the amusement of my grown up nephews & nieces, the younger ones just look at me with an "we're not with him" look in their eyes  ;D

😂 yep, worth every penny.  Still able to generate the same response from my daughter (37).  What causes her eye rolls is considered hilarious by her kids (4, 2.5).
