Yes, but at least he was considering building a ship around the turrets for those guns, not just slapping them on a Queen Elizabeth or something.

That image of the barrel being towed was taken at the Crystal Palace as it was being delivered to the exhibition of captured/surrendered weapons held there post Armistice/Versailles. The Crystal Palace museum had an interesting display of photographs from it a few years ago.
Do not condemn the judgement of another because it differs from your own. You may both be wrong.
