The Wooksta!

This had been started a while back and then thrown back in the box when I discovered the fuselage was twisted somewhere near the back end.  Can't fix it either.

However, Thorvic wanted a Canberra for the TSR2 SIG stand so muggins here said one that he could throw together.  Fuselage robbed from another Eastern Express Canberra B(I)8 and a basic cockpit installed from plastic card.  Nowt fancy, just a new floor and bulkhead.  Detail wise it's pointless as everything is in black anyway.

It should be finished in the markings from the box, that is real I am markings as opposed to summat not real.  Shock! Gasp!  Wooksta builds something real.  Yeah, so what?  It'll make a welcome change.  At least I'm building something as opposed to all those on the site who talk a good model yet display nowt.  So there!   :P

Which markings I haven't quite decided.  Whilst I like the 16 Sqn markings with the kit, the ones in the Frog kit are better and the scheme has black undersides - ideal for hiding the utterly abysmal fit of the bomb bay gun pack.

Just a pity Model Alliance haven't done their Fightrt cockpit book & decals yet as that would probably have given you some interesting schemes & decals to play with.

Now whos going to do the Valiant B1 as the aircraft the TSR-2 replaced ?.

Bloody hell you got little elves coming in, and making models for you while you sleep, do you have to reward them with little shoes?
This guy builds quicker than I can stash them, good to see yer back on form.

I invite all and any criticism, except about Eric The Dog, it's not his fault he's stupid
