Very good.  A Spit with a beard and big boots.

- Can't be bothered to do the proper research and get it right.  Revelling in numptytism.

Another ill conceived, lazily thought out, crudely executed, badly painted piece of half arsed what-if modelling muppetry.

That looks REALLY good, and very 'Malta-ish' as well, which is what it's meant to of course.

And from a PM kit too!   :o
Kit's Rule 1 ) Any aircraft can be improved by fitting longer wings, and/or a longer fuselage
Kit's Rule 2) The backstory can always be changed to suit the model

...and I'm not a closeted 'Take That' fan, I'm a REAL fan! :)

Thanks Kit! I really wasn't sure I was happy with the scheme until I did the weathering, then it sort of tied it all together 😅

And the PM kit looks great.... from a distance.... with soft focus 😂

That's come out well

Some of the "Malta" schemes are very interesting
Do not condemn the judgement of another because it differs from your own. You may both be wrong.

Very cool, and a useful concept for Malta - being able to hide the aircraft from the Italian and German bombers, which kept wrecking the airplanes the RN managed to deliver.

And extra cool because my wife's stepgrandfather was Maltese.  He was a chef for officers in the Royal Navy. Wish I'd met him! Plus the woman my wife sings with in our church choir is Maltese.
In want of hobby space!  The kitchen table is never stable.  Still managing to get some building done.

Friend of mine was born in Malta in '43.  His father ran the NAAFI.
His parents emigrated to Australia when he was six or seven.
