I'm having another go at building the 3D printed puzzle of Hogwarts Castle and the Astronomy Tower, the box comes with both sets and was sealed although I bought it secondhand.
When completed it should look something like the actual 1/24 scale model as shown in the picture but much smaller. Every year the staff hide a figure of Father Christmas somewhere in the model. He is standing in the archway.
I have built the Ravensburger 3D puzzle of Hogwarts Castle and the Astronomy Tower which is bigger but doesn't include of the other buildings or bridges.
It's slightly larger than 1/76 scale where as the card one is more inline with N or TT gauge. Although I have seen it used on several 00 or ho model railway layouts in the background. I'm trying to stay away from using glue during the build and the rocks will be made from cork or scratch built.
I'm also following the instructions ( a first for me). The first section is based on the Great Hall.

Some of the parts are proving a bit tricky to fit, good job I have a spare one for pinching parts off.

The Ravensburger Hogwarts Castle and the Astronomy Tower. Jigsaw shaped pieces and plastic used to strengthen the buildings.
