A hot bonnet and plastic... You're a Braver Man than I, Gunga Kit!  ;D

Have a great time, Chaps - and I can swap you some Cold and Rain for a bit of your heat...

Nah, I can't back that up - the loggy-sticks won't come together for me...  :-\

Well I got back at 8pm last night (stopped at a couple of service stations looking for something healthy to eat... ) then came off the motorway early to have a nice non-boring drive home though Cheshire since the sun was shining. Turned out the horrible disaster was waiting for me at home when I tried to get on the forum and spent 24 hours looking at 502 BAD GATEWAY ERROR. I blame Trevor for telling me to post as soon as I got in, just as I was leaving: jinxed it good and proper... ;)

Cracking show as usual, though it seemed a bit light on visitors. I did hear passing comment about clashes with other shows, but it could also have been the good weather persuading families to take snap weekend holidays as well.

Pictures shortly. In theory that 24 hours delay should mean I'd have them up by now, but alas I spent most of it trying to get my new smartphone and various apps to do what I want.

As H said, I got into my temporary 'holding point' not far from my old house and started to post the pics from y'day, and was met with a wall of 502s again. Ho hum...............

Eventually it got sorted and here they are, first the whole stand.

and then section by section, running from left to right.

I think we had a class turnout, some exceedingly good models were on display and many intelligent chats were had during the day, one of which just may have been the start of something rather good in the Whiffing modelling world too. More details may become apparent as the year goes on...........  ;)
Kit's Rule 1 ) Any aircraft can be improved by fitting longer wings, and/or a longer fuselage
Kit's Rule 2) The backstory can always be changed to suit the model

...and I'm not a closeted 'Take That' fan, I'm a REAL fan! :)

Good pics Kit.

Yes I noticed a lot of people seemed to want to talk as well: had some really good conversations, but it did take me an awfully long time to get round on a photo run!
