Well that's encouraging though I don't think I want any more kids  :o  I'm trying to survive with the one I've got  ;D

What is it always the decals 🤬. These are some set I got off of ebay a while back and are thick as a brick. So now it's the old chemistry lesson of trying different setting solutions and other stupid pet tricks.

Decals really do drive me nuts sometimes. So after various forms of chemical warfare, I decided to remove the decals and try painting the insignia. I've got a cricut mask printer that I haven't really tried much with so we'll give it a go. 🤞.

Of course after that much chemical abuse the decals couldn't come off nice and cleanly 🙄.  So repriming and repainting is now on deck. At this point I'm treating this build as not quite a mule for new tools/techniques and not a shelf queen either. I'm still only able to sit at the bench for short periods before the back gets grumpy but I'll get'er done sometime this year.

That's where I'm going to be with the Mustang drone hunter. Fortunately only with two spots on the underside of the wings.

After playing around with it, at 1/72 I don't the cricut is going to work for all the decals. Just to small of cuts, it just ends up ripping up the transfer paper. My fallback is to print my own decals on waterslide decal paper with the inkjet printer. I've done that in the past and since these are all just shades of grey low-vis it shouldn't be too bad.
