I believe that James Martin and Petter were good friends, so that's quite possible actually.  ;)

Try a fingernail clipper to trim the props.

It's got wheels.  ;D

It occurred to me that the monster prop might not clear the ground when the Super Monsoon was in the tail-up position, so I went ahead and installed the main gear now rather than later. Using a side-on pic of the MB5 I got the legs at the correct angle and superglued them in place, and then added the painted and flattened wheels.

Luckily the prop DOES clear the ground, large sigh of relief.  ;D

I'll carry on with the paint, details and decals now.

As with the  Spiteful, the camo is on, although will need a masking step before I can do the final coats. And it's difficult painting it in this heat too.

The canopy doesn't fit, which is a pain, and I may have to PSR round the front edges, which will need more painting to sort out. It's going very slow, but steady, and it's finish time will depend on the weather too.

I'm liking the pale blue stripes on RAF-35's Bristol Heracles and may steal that marking for my two Tiger Force escorts.
