That is a nice tweak with the wing change.. I like where it is going

After umpty zillion PSR sessions I've got the Super Monsoon to a state where I might put some colour coat on it.

It needs a lot more work yet, and I'm thinking of asking for a GB extension................  :-\

Spent much of the day trying to make rotating contra-props for the Super Monsoon and the Spiteful.

What a PITA that was, and I've still not got it all done yet, having snapped all EIGHT blades off the Wyvern prop-spinner assembly I'm using for the Super Monsoon.  :banghead:

I just know they'll continue to snap off at every show I take it to!

Perfect is the enemy of Finished. I presume. I've never achieved either.

A small drill and wire is about the best suggestion I can give you, along with my sympathies.

The blades are VERY thin, too thin for wire I'm afraid. So far I've got just one of them glued firmly in position!

It certainly looks mean with that monster spinner up front though.

Here are my ad hoc Blu-Tak jigs for re-gluing the Super Monsoon's prop blades. Needs must etc.

That's the Spiteful with its rotating contra-prop behind them of course.

The Super Monsoon's really coming together now it's got its prop on.

I gave up trying to glue the broken blades on with Contacta as there's just not enough gluing area to give a good bond, and only one of them stayed on, so I swapped to superglue and that worked a treat. Using the Blue-Tak jigs helped no end and they're all at 90 degrees to each other, and in line too.

It looks pretty mean, and that Wyvern spinner is an exact match to the resin Eagle engine.  ;D  Thanks very much Lee.

And to prove the point about the superglue, just after I took that pic, the only Contacta glued blade broke off!   :banghead:
