Since the last Khaos entry I've been to quite a good model railway show, and headed back to my 'Country home' to be with my lady love and to get some modelling done. My house is in such a state right now there's NO way I can do any modelling there! I can't even get into my Model Room at the moment. Woe is me!

But now I'm here I've managed to finish off the Super Sealand, and I'm very pleased to have done that. I'm also very pleased with the reception you gave it here too, thanks very much gentlemen, I'm most grateful.  ;D

So now I'm back on my Alternative RAF kick and working on the Martin Master (an XB-51 in RAF disguise) and the HS Dragon, a Nimrod replacement for 201 Sqdn.

And that's while perusing estate agents sites to find somewhere suitable for my lady love and I to live in long term. As I said to one agent 'We're looking for a 2-3 bedroomed bungalow with a concrete garden, a 3 car garage and an aircraft hangar just over the wall'.  ;D

He looked shocked, and Hazel said 'You think he's joking, don't you?'

She always has done. We've known each other since before I met the late Mrs_PR19 actually.

A bungalow?  surely you'd want something with a two story attic?

Another ill conceived, lazily thought out, crudely executed, badly painted piece of half arsed what-if modelling muppetry.

Why do you think he want an Aircraft Hanger next door, it's for his stash

One of the big ones, rated for multiple large aircraft.

Hazel has MS and can't walk too far unassisted, and she's had enough of stair lifts by now.

Mine's a bit smaller than his, but as it's N gauge I can cram more into any given space. I did have plans for a very large N gauge layout in The Loft at home, but using it as a kit storage area made more sense.

So the whole of the Southampton, Fareham and Pompey conurbation is planned in n gauge then?  ;)

Not exactly as I model AMERICAN railroads in N gauge.

I may do the whole of the BNSF Chicago-Minneapolis main line though.  ;D

I'm back in my nominal home now, the one in the Forest of Dean, but got LOTS of things on just now, and I'm off to Devon next week just to escape really.

So all modelling projects are on hold for a couple of weeks, except for decal designs for the Master and the Dragon though.
