I hope so too. Especially since Boeing can't seem to get it together and make the Orion actually perform properly. Maybe some more competition will make somebody over there wake up.

Just a little progress on the SRBs. I glued on thin plastic strips around the booster representing the joints between the solid rocket sections. Not much to look at so far.

So, we are back from Yellowstone National Park! In many ways I wish I could have stayed there. What a beautiful place.
I've managed to get in a little bench time already. A little progress on the spaceplane and the Titan missile body.





Some old F-14 wing tips for stabilizers and lots of putty. Plenty of PSR to go. This thing is going to be very top heavy with all this putty. The cone piece is CA glued on and the base for the rocket nozzles is on. Lots of white paint to go too.

If the mods could move this to the sci fi category it would fit in with the Titan space launch vehicle already there. Thanks in advance.
