Thank you all. And good news: photo session completed, editing next.

Pic selection and first rough editing done. Progress, despite a local heat wave!

That looks absolutely fantastic! It seems so plausible,  yet utterly futuristic at the same time.
Don't let ageing get you down, it's too hard to get back up

Thank you. Unfortunately, due to the local heat wave, picture editing work stalled, but I made progress on the background story.

Kit's Rule 1 ) Any aircraft can be improved by fitting longer wings, and/or a longer fuselage
Kit's Rule 2) The backstory can always be changed to suit the model

...and I'm not a closeted 'Take That' fan, I'm a REAL fan! :)

- Can't be bothered to do the proper research and get it right.  Revelling in numptytism.

Another ill conceived, lazily thought out, crudely executed, badly painted piece of half arsed what-if modelling muppetry.

Yeah, it looks really good - and thanks to the low/new Hawk air intakes the whole affair even looks quite organic! The pen nib fairing on the tail is IMHO also good, better than just two "blunt" openings side-by-side. Makes the Shinden-Kai even look a bit racy?

That looks "so right"

For some reason my mind's eye keeps "seeing" it in Swedish markings.
