Another ill conceived, lazily thought out, crudely executed and badly painted piece of half arsed what-if modelling muppetry from zenrat industries.

Yup it was an excellent kit for its time, and still stands up well now  :thumbsup:

Also a very nice kit in it's way 😄
It's a Land Rover, NOT a Jeep .
Like a Jeep, but for gentlemen.

These arrived yesterday;

2 x Hobby Boss 1/35 LAV300 90mm Cockerill Gun (HB 84573)
1 x HK Models 1/48 DB-7B Boston III [A-20 early version] Medium Bomber (HK-01F015)

This causes minor issues, as I already had one LAV300 kit but I only need 2 x LAV300s total - but I have an ADATS conversion kit for an M113, so there may be some hope of utilising the 3rd kit.

The Boston looks beautiful in the box ... & comes with metal landing gear & 3 x nose weights (engineered, by the look of them, to fit into spaces in the nose & in the wing leading edges).
Has a life outside of What-If & wishes it would stop interfering!

I figure the 146 would make a decent little tactical transport or, AEW platform? 😊. I remember seeing a camouflaged 146 at Leuchars many years ago. Demonstrator for  a military version I think

I suspect you're thinking about the same place I won't name either so, I'll just call it "The Other Place" or, "The place where fun goes to die" 😉😂.

My stash just increased by one Modecollect 1/72 P. 1000 Ratte Landkreuzer. For those not in the know, think 1500 ton tank armed with 2 x 11 inch guns! 😮

The BAe 146STA

I've long had the idea rattling around my head of a zwilling pair of 146s with a Mirage hanging between them as an economy, slightly scalorama'ed White Knight/SpaceShipOne combo.  Kinda less Virgin Galactic, more easySpace.

It'll never happen 😂
