But it's such a happy plane.  Think of the propaganda value of getting shot down by it.

My views exactly
Do not condemn the judgement of another because it differs from your own. You may both be wrong.

PR19_Kit

Magic build Rick.

Who'd have thought it started with a J-29?  ;D
Kit's Rule 1 ) Any aircraft can be improved by fitting longer wings, and/or a longer fuselage
Kit's Rule 2) The backstory can always be changed to suit the model

...and I'm not a closeted 'Take That' fan, I'm a REAL fan! :)

Great build, Rick! At first I thought you'd used a Special Hobby B&V P.215:

But it's a genius Frankenbuild with the Tunnan, Mig-15 and other bits.

Thanks, fellas.

Guy, I agree with the assessment of the Boing... Thing...  :banghead:

Scoot - 'Happy', maybe... but also 'Stubby' and 'Portly'...

ISTR there was something in one of the old Trigan Empire stories where the Goodies' fighter had that sort of intake... can't find it, of course...

Frank - yea, I couldn't get one of those, or afford it if I could, but I had a few kits kicking around...

Don't worry, though - the Other Parts will get their 'time in the sun', as it were... watch this space.

Kit - I seem to have been channelling Dizzy... ;D

I didn't know The Goodies were in the Trigan Empire stories!  :o

There's always one...  :banghead:  ;)

They were likely in the forum entertaining Trigo and his family, in between their adventures...

Thanks, Pellson   - I'm glad I'm forgiven for mangling (most of) a SAAB... or is that assuming too much?   ;D

Do like the BV295, only just discovered it.  A decent rendering of the BV batwing series, even if I have made a nerdy study of the things and it departs from their habitual practice in various minor ways (as any good Whiff should). Excellent kitbash recipe, too.
Cheers.
