So, I guess the two seater should be the SNCASO 4101 Coutelas B

Kit's Rule 1 ) Any aircraft can be improved by fitting longer wings, and/or a longer fuselage

You suggested to have a 2 seat trainer version as the Cutlass never had a trainer version. That was a marvelous idea!

Thanks for the suggestion. Now there are two versions of the same aircraft.

Oh yes, so I did.  ;D

I often think that 2 seater versions look better than the single seat originals, but some are DEFINITELY worse, the RAF's current Typhoon being one of them, YEAUK!

Better ones are the Su-27,  the Jaguar and the TA-7 to my mind.

After much delay and muttering about I present you the SNCASO 4100 Coutelas A and SO 4101 Coutelas B.

SNCASO followed the same design studied Vought used to develop the Cutlass but differed in engines. It's fuselage design of the SNCASO 4100 Coutelas A was very similar to the F7-U1 and remained so throughout it's career in the French Aeronavale.

It's fuselage is made of an 1:72 MB326, added two 1:48 F-84 droptank halves to the sides and cut off the spine and tailplane. It's clear what the origin of the wings is. The canopy is from the spare box and I can't remember what its origines are.

Now our dear PR19_kit suggested to add a 2 seat trainer version of the Coutelas as the Cutlass never had a trainer version. That was a marvelous idea! So this is how the SNCASO 4101 Coutelas B might have looked like:

Recipe for this build is the same although the canopy of the MB326 was used.
