How come I missed this amazing build?

It's AWESOME, specially all the hydraulics, but then I would say that, wouldn't I?  ;D
Kit's Rule 1 ) Any aircraft can be improved by fitting longer wings, and/or a longer fuselage
Kit's Rule 2) The backstory can always be changed to suit the model

...and I'm not a closeted 'Take That' fan, I'm a REAL fan! :)

Thanks Chris 😊
35th seems to be the fav scale for these things and I do intend to get more Hasegawa..I did manage to score a resin Bobcat loader in 35th and man it's small ..I call it a baby Bobcat 👶 😆
If it aint broke ,,fix it until it is .
Over kill is often very understated .
I know the voices in my head ain't real but they do come up with some great ideas.
Theres few of lifes problems that can't be solved with the proper application of a high explosive projectile .

A Bobcat? I didn't know anyone did a kit of one!

We used one for a few months while installing the world's largest wave maker in the Netherlands in the 80s. It was a HOOT to drive, and with care you could pull wheelies with it too.  ;D

It's made by a company called HD models in Italy and they call it urban loader and man when you see an operator who's knows how to work those  machines ..man it's wonderful site to see  ;D

I have driven a few different Bob cats, good fun to drive, but a pain in the proverbial when they break. Wheelies are second nature for them for sure.

I got stuck in a Bobcat once.  It had a dodgy latch on the safety cage which had to be opened from outside.  The other workers thought it was funny to not let me out.

- Can't be bothered to do the proper research and get it right.  Revelling in numptytism.

Another ill conceived, lazily thought out, crudely executed, badly painted piece of half arsed what-if modelling muppetry.

Now I want to get a diecast Bobcat and stick a skeleton in it along with a memorial plaque:
Here sits Fred, he gave his all to the
project.

Cool machine.   Would  love to see you do one with legs!

Gecko do a few 1/35 military skid steer loaders, wheeled and tracked. Not Bobcat but CASE M400W & M400T.

Thank ya lads ,,this was a fun build for me ,,really am thinking of another using one of Hasegawa's other diggers ,,the trouble is they are rather small .
The biggest is only 13.5 tons in RW weight and i'd like a 20 ton machine ,,there's more scope for mods ..a 35ton machine would really be cool

As for those Gecko skid steer loaders ,,they are cool for sure but like mine ..small ...the big ones like the RW Mustang are large machines and there's even ones now so  big they have steel tracks and are equivalent to a D5 bulldozer just being alot more useable with a ton more attachments ,,also lighter
I'm thinking of scratchbuilding a larger machine using mine as the template ,,just having a problem trying to figure out what tracks to use once i decide on the overall size ..
