Oh, I like that Westland Scio Rickshaw! Is that PRU blue? it crossed my mind to do it up in PRU blue but think a tactical scheme suits it better.

@ Zenrat: yeah, I guess you're right: the engines are powerfull enough to put it up in the sky without wings...they're just there for decoration
