Congrats to thw winner and to all the participants.
And thanks to the mods for their untiring efforts taming that unruly bunch of modellers!  ;D
Owing to the current financial difficulties, the light at the end of the tunnel will be turned off until further notice.

Gosh, thanks very much everybody - truly appreciated from this crowd!

Well done to everybody else who entered too - it was a particularly fine field.

I have the intention to put the Lunar Rover on a base at some point, but it's already made it's show debut at Coventry.

The Lunar Rover joins the Track Rover in the list of Weaver's all time greats. Nice one H.

The word 'Rover' is obviously the key thing here. Look forward to the Sail-Rover, Jet-Rover, Float-Rover, Heli-Rover and Warp-Rover in he future...

You're ahead of me there H, I'd got as far as Sail-Rover and Heli-Rover in my head, but the rest have great potential too!

The trouble with Jet-Rover though is that Rover themselves did it maybe 4-5 times already.

Kit's Rule 2) The backstory can always be changed to suit the model

Maybe I should put the Lunar Rover on it's base with one wheel off and have an AA Series 1 rescuing it, just for balance with the TrackRover dio...

Well done H.

Hover-Rover?  Guaranteed to confuse those for whom English isn't their first tongue.

- Can't be bothered to do the proper research and get it right.

Another ill conceived, lazily thought out, crudely executed and badly painted piece of half arsed what-if modelling muppetry from zenrat industries.

Of course, the fact that it's been done once doesn't mean it couldn't be done differently or better...

Well done H and Dizzy and many thanks to Dave for moderating the GB
Do not condemn the judgement of another because it differs from your own. You may both be wrong.
