Wife got this for me for Christmas.  Got to love this girl.

The other thread about conservation of energy reminded me I needed to do some clean out of our other house.  While cleaning out the garage I found three bags of kits in the storage loft over the garage.  Really happy to find some of these. F4, F22 and the TF86 especially.

Nice Steve! Looks like Watson’s Whizzers (not to be confused with Whiffers) got a hold of the Arado-234 for testing!

Indeed they did, the Ar 234 at Udvar-Hazy is the only survivor of four and was flight-tested
at Wright Field between July and October of 1946.

I did a little cleaning.  On the left, 15 years of dust, in a bag in the garage loft.  On the right the original finish after a wipe off with a wet paper towel.

You should sell the picture to P&G as a new "Before-vs-after" key visual for Swiffer wipes, for a dedicated target group campaign!

The bag wasn't closed just pulled tight.

Anyways here are two more survivors.

I like the look of the Heinkel 178, what scale is it?

I've done a 1/72 178 and it's TINY, and yours looks quite a bit larger.
Any aircraft can be improved by fitting longer wings, and/or a longer fuselage

...and I'm not a closeted 'Take That' fan, I'm a REAL fan! :)

This is what has been keeping me busy for the last few months.  Fixing the car, cleaning out the garage, then tearing down the old wall and then installing insulation and sheetrock.  The old wall covering was scraped oak flooring by a past owner.  You can see some still up in the top right of the picture.  Then waiting for the new shelter model to get an engineer stamp of approval. Now reinstalling the workbench and going through the contents of the garage and thinning the herd.

Just in time for the tornado season.
