Kit's Rule 1 ) Any aircraft can be improved by fitting longer wings, and/or a longer fuselage
Kit's Rule 2) The backstory can always be changed to suit the model

You can buy paint shakers relatively cheaply, it'll save you looking like Arnie on one side only.

There's one by Green Stuff World for less than £14, free delivery (would need a UK plug fitting though).

I LIKE that idea, thanks so much both of you.

Never heard of Green Stuff World before, where are they georaphically?

And I love the line in the write up that says 'Bottles should always be closed properly to prevent leaks.'   ;)

If memory serves, they are in Spain as I bought some metallic paints from them some time ago, including Chrome.

I think Spain is correct.

I got some of their 1/35 sandbags sets; they look like teabags, which you put into place and then dribble white glue onto, to set them in place.

They also sell bars of a reusable mould putty, which you soak in hot water to get it pliable, then wait for it to cool and you have a mould for resin or whatever (NOT metal), then re-dip it to use again. Not used it yet, but it looks incredibly useful.
