Thanks Comrade.
I once again failed to write down which paints I used on the MiG as you will see by the fact some on the Sukhoi don't quite match.
Wrote them down this time though.  The Tan on the Sukhoi is a blend of Vallejo Pale Sand and Panzer Olive and it's such a nice shade i'm tempted to paint a whole plane with it.

Very nice Fred, a favourite soviet era chunk. The Polish have only just retired theirs, which says how robust they really are.  :thumbsup:

If it aint broke ,,fix it until it is .
Over kill is often very understated .
I know the voices in my head ain't real but they do come up with some great ideas.
Theres few of lifes problems that can't be solved with the proper application of a high explosive projectile .

What paint did you use on the underside Fred? The sheen makes it look very like the Montana spray paint I've used a couple of times in the past (most recently on the MUSTARD glider).

Valejo Deep Sky Blue model color acrylic.  Cleared with gloss clear and then satin clear

Thanks Phill.  All Valejo Model Air acrylics brush painted.  I used RLM shades which may be why they go together well.

Thanks, I take that as a compliment.  Glen has a better eye for colour than me and has come up with some great designs.

Thanks Phill.  All Valejo Model Air acrylics brush painted.  I used RLM shades which may be why they go together well.

It;s why it's one of my favorite paints ,,Vallejo it just so easy to work with and covers very nicely ,,hence why i think your birds look brilliant ...oh skill helps to so i'm told  ;D
