yup,  i have pulled out the partly built Airfix / Trumpeter Chally2,  its the one with the dozer blade, which is the only reason i got it    the original one i built  was a dog of a kit ( but was the only game in town at the time)  so i persisted and got it done  this one was as bad and i have already had to separate the hull top / bottom to reposition it  :banghead:
i will possibly do a few parts and then may re box.  but any progress is good.

the hull is together    ive had to add a length of strip into the gap between the glaces and the lower hull front  due to gappage, ive had to clamp the sides together vertically and horizontally to get them to glue, and then liberally apply sprue goo to fill in some of the remaining gap.
The turret is together, the gaps were smaller but still needed clamps and sprue goo to fill areas.
but it moves forward.

Oh and im off today as Mrs SP has a dental apt later this avo.  so i once again do my Parker impression and chauffeur her to and from   " Yes Milady,  The door Milady"  ;D  ;)

I'm doing the same for Hazel later today. What we do for a peaceful and fulfilling life, eh?  ;D

Kit's Rule 1 ) Any aircraft can be improved by fitting longer wings, and/or a longer fuselage
Kit's Rule 2) The backstory can always be changed to suit the model

...and I'm not a closeted 'Take That' fan, I'm a REAL fan! :)
