Not quite sure if this is a whif - or Humour.

Finnish students at technical universities have a tradition of producing harmless pranks and other fun stuff for First of May. This one is from 1987. Looks as if it could be stolen from Aeroplane magazine.

According to othe text, they are offering it as a subject for a dissertation - but also accepting other proposals.

From what little I know about those two characters, isn't that kind of their normal condition?
Yes it was.

- Can't be bothered to do the proper research and get it right.  Revelling in numptytism.

Another ill conceived, lazily thought out, crudely executed, badly painted piece of half arsed what-if modelling muppetry.

Searched for 4×330hp Gypsy engined proposals, it is probably Miles M.60. Needs at least the double engine power for a Tempest equivalent in 1945-50. This forum would probably fix some Hornet nose on a Tempest fuselage to somehow drive 4 propellers in the wings from a single engine in the fuselage which also distrupts the bombbay .

Looks to me like something that you would get when the airport is really busy!

From the page The Greatest Planes That Never Were (members only to keep out detractors), a lovely build by Marcin Nowak, who describes it as:
Quoteimagining if the Gloster Gladiator had a Polish Puławski-style wing.
