I'm getting ideas for another tiger meet build.  Maybe a 74 squadron Brisfit from the 1918 meet?

"Latest build all wrapped up. Airfix 1/48 Gnat as a What If prototype long range stand off missile. There was a real world proposal in the early 60s for Vulcan B.2s to carry three nuclear armed MANNED Gnats. The mission profile proposed involved the pilots ejecting before detonation, hoping to escape the blast area and hope for the best after, or ride it in with a stiff upper lip. Needless to say the idea didnt go far. This What If expands that idea to the Gnat being developed into the “Red Wasp” cruise missile carrying either a nuclear or 1,000lb conventional warhead for the anti ship role."

By Babaganoosh Trevelnikov found on the "Hairy Sticks Only" page. It's at other pages, too, but this one happens to be public; I'll post the link below.

"It’s time to call the Matchbox 1/72 Stranraer I started last year complete. I’m not entirely happy with it, but that’s on me and not the kit. My skills haven’t fully come back since the tendon injury last year yet it seems. The Irish markings are a ‘what-if’, borrowed from a Print Scale set for a Fairey Battle."

That Typhoons interesting. Obviously some kind of physiological test ? I don't like the dark side at all, but the white side is  Now does that say something about me ? Mind you I prefer dark chocolate over milk

That Stranraer is a nice build, suits the Irish Air Corps markings for sure.

That looks the BUSINESS!

The Landor scheme was by far the best that BA ever flew with, and almost every one of their types looks good in it, even those that never flew with it, like the A380.
Any aircraft can be improved by fitting longer wings, and/or a longer fuselage

...and I'm not a closeted 'Take That' fan, I'm a REAL fan! :)

I prefer white chocolate myself.

I wasn't sure if it was the paint job or the fact that it was an A380 which made it a whiff so i googled BA A-380.  I must say that the scheme they use in our time line is not very pleasant at all.

I like this SAAB “Vaksam” (watchman). According to the text with the model it's a What If from an 1/144 from Airfix Vickers Vanguard and has modifications in the wings, tail, nose, fuselage and engines.

A cracking job indeed.
