Your island structure looks nice, but I'm concerned that you may have too many VLS cells. Aircraft tend to need a lot of room to launch, land, maneuver, park, etc. on a flight deck. If it were me, I'd remove at least one of the groupings of VLS cells. Probably the aft ones. That's just my opinion.

Well, this is a German warship and like all other German warships, it should not have so many offensive capabilities. Like aircraft. So there is only a small number of aircraft on board which fir nicely in the space of the hangar and flight deck. And the VLS are only for defensive actions, so this is ok for a German ship. This is also why its a Flightdeck Frigate, this does not sound as militaristic as "destroyer" or even "carrier"....

Ok, and the other reason is, I already made the hanger inside with the lower part of the VLS cell in it, so I do not want to redo it

The newsest Frigates of the Gemran Navy, F126 class, which are currently under contruction are just over 10.000ts in size. So this is the size of a heavy cruiserr in WW2. But still they are called "Frigates".
