In 2012 we have decided to return to the "old way of doing things" in so far as the running of this GB's is concerned.

This means that the GB will last for the entire year - 01/01/2012 to 31/12/2012 inclusive.

The GB will be split into 3 basic sections - Models : Profiles and Artwork : Alternative Written History. The modelling section will be farther divided into a series of periods in order to make things easier to manage (See the individual sections for details of these periods)

As to what you can do, well : Basically anything to do with Australia. In service with Australian Forces, based or tested in Australia, forces intended to attack Australia and Sci Fi based or filmed there eg Mad Max, Tank Girl etc.

So you've got plenty of scope and nearly a year to do it in.

Remember the most important thing is to enjoy yourselves
