Then I thought "I wonder if he considered having a full length nosewheel to make it more like a conventional tricycle gear airplane."  Then I realized how much better the pilot's visibility would be the way you have it already.

I saw the same issue, thought the same possibility then raised it one "But, Jeez, it'd be a real b*tch on take-off & landing! One bad bump/bounce & she'd be a-over-t faster than the pilot could blink!"

Otherwise.... a very nice build, indeed!
Has a life outside of What-If & wishes it would stop interfering!

Thanks for your generous comments about my J7W4. Ive only to say your Corsair canard is really fantastic.

Do you like the canard aircraft too?. Ive just got the kit of Ambrosini SS 4 (Cumarmodel). Do you know it?. I posted the "Ambrosini SS 5" several months ago. This is an imaginary transformation of SS 4 to jet. Now im making now the Me 262 canard.
