These are from Scale Model World 2006 at Telford, whiffs from tables other than the What If SIG (you can find those elsewhere).  It's 31/2 years ago & my memory often struggles past anything further away than dinner time, so apologies in advance if I've got something wrong.

TSR2 Hangar scene by some ATF cadets

Flygvapnet TSR2 from the Swedish Airforce SIG

Wallace & Gromit make a regular appearance at shows in the UK, this one is 'To Baldly Go'

The Ayup Team

Squirt-o-matic

A long shot of the ones not mentioned above

The Classic Britih Jet SIG had a Concorde theme going that year, I'll let them speak for themselves

A Bombcorde seperate to the SIG above, can't remember the table

'Deep Phoenix' on the competition stand

Unamed Soviet Sci-fi subject, with a whole load of other Sci-Fi & Comic Book Models

SR-75 Penetrator on the USAF SIG stand

Sanger Anitipodeal Bomber
I don't think it's nice, you laughin'. You see, my mule don't like people laughin'. He gets the crazy idea you're laughin' at him. Now if you apologize, like I know you're going to, I might convince him that you really didn't mean it.

Found in THIS THREAD on the exhibition of PMC Südpfalz in Zeiskam, Germany:

The caption reads:
"Armoured cruiser "Seehirte" on escort duty for migrating humpback whales and sinks Japanese whale hunter "Mizekaze"
"Seehirte" translates to Sea Shephard and Mizekaze is phonetically similar to Miezekatze, the German word for pussycat.

Cheers,
Moritz

Must, then, my projects bend to the iron yoke of a mechanical system? Is my soaring spirit to be chained down to the snail's pace of matter?

I remeber seeing the Air Cadet TSR2 diorama, it looked really good, I also remember while looking at it that some JMN said what a waste of money the diorama was too.  :banghead:

Fabulous TSR.2 diorama! And what a gallery! I'm green with envy for the X-38 (X-CRV or Experimental Crew Return Vehicle), which by the way is not a what-if at all but an actual demonstrator built by Scaled Composites.

Found these at the IPMS Calgary contest pictures site.

There's some nifty stuff there, including that Italian I-16.

Modellversium has uploaded some images of the  2010 'Space Days' model show held in Darmstadt-Eberstadt for your viewing pleasure.  Plenty of science-fiction and WHIF subjects to wet your appetite.

Wowee, WHAT is that?!

I love it! And have you seen the same guys Sanger Bomber? Awesome finish on it.
Kit's Rule 1 ) Any aircraft can be improved by fitting longer wings, and/or a longer fuselage
Kit's Rule 2) The backstory can always be changed to suit the model

...and I'm not a closeted 'Take That' fan, I'm a REAL fan! :)

It looks like it began life as a Naboo starfighter from The Phantom Menace.  You can see just a hint of the original yellow color around the rim of the cockpit.  I always thought it looked like it would be perfect for whiffing into an aircraft of some sort.
