What If Autogyro on ARC
« on: October 02, 2008, 01:45:50 pm »
Looks nifty.  It's like a combination of exhibits from the Udvar-Hazy annex.  They have both a Kellett autogyro and a German backpack helo designed to fly from U-boats.

I like it, except the German markings. Don't like the bad guys. Well thought out backstory.

I have a 1/48 autogyro I'm going to build in RN colours and markings. They're fun and rare birds.

Hey, James Bond flew and fought in one, so that ups the cool factor!
USS New Jersey, BB-62, Vietnam
USS Neshanic, AO 71, out of Lindberg Neches and a WHOLE lot of extra details
And several other vessels named after NJ, locations and battles herein, and people herefrom

On the happier side of things, FineMolds have reissued their 1/72 kit, and it's not too expensive.
