QuoteFrench E-10´s in Vietnam or Algeria? The Yugoslav Civil War also opens up a lot of options
Those are good ones! I also like the Swiss and Czech versions.

What kind of MG for the French version? .50 cal or stock MG 34? The Czech and Balkans  versions would probably use Russian weapons.

I'm not really sure what to do about the main gun, except add a muzzle break.
The French would probably use US weapons and the Yugoslav would absolutely use German as the MG42 was produced post war as the M53 SARAC

Post-war the French used their pre-war 7.5mm M1931A MG (a vehicle/fortification version of the Chatellerault M1924/29 MG) in armoured vehicles. These were later replaced in service by the 7.5mm M1952.
The Germans captured large numbers of the M1931A and used it under the designation MG 311.
