About a  month ago, there were three of them parked together on the WestJet Encore hanger ramp. One like the pic and the other two in the green/orange/white stripe scheme

I'm very jealous, the 215 is such a cool machine!

Better than being stuck up I suppose ? Depends if it's locked
Do not condemn the judgement of another because it differs from your own. You may both be wrong.

Not seen, but heard at 3.00am today  :banghead:

Either the police helicopter or air ambulance. Probably the former as it hung around in the hover for a fair bit. This is where my deaf ear comes in handy. I just lie with the good one on the pillow  ;)

... used to hearing the RAF/Army Helicopters cruising around on patrol, looking for the bad guys.

Helicopters however are just noisy for the sake of it.....

He! He!, the local plod in Calgary have two helicopters, ....... the rotor made a lot of racket.

The Police here, in Perth like to use their chopper to hunt miscreants at all times of day and night.  Most particularly night.   Good use of the vegetation as camouflage and stopping movement, fooled the chopper.   :banghead:

I reckon in a few years they'll be using remote drones to track criminals from the air. Smaller, quieter, more manoeuvrable, longer duration, cheaper to run, able to carry spotlights and heat trackers. You could have two or three surrounding a search area to get all angles. No pilots to be blinded by hand held laser. Not long till we see some evil gits try to take down a police helicopter by crashing their on drone into it.

Catalina "Miss Pickup" just flew over on route from Duxford to somewhere. She flew over yesterday, headed in the same direction and returned a couple of hours later ;D

Green with envy mode on.  :banghead: :banghead:
Kit's Rule 1 ) Any aircraft can be improved by fitting longer wings, and/or a longer fuselage
Kit's Rule 2) The backstory can always be changed to suit the model

...and I'm not a closeted 'Take That' fan, I'm a REAL fan! :)

- Can't be bothered to do the proper research and get it right.

Another ill conceived, lazily thought out, crudely executed and badly painted piece of half arsed what-if modelling muppetry from zenrat industries.

Not over my house but more like over my truck. Driving home Wednesday afternoon about halfway through the journey, a C-17 flew right over me slow and low heading to YYC. Probably a RAF one as they have been coming and going all week.
A couple of days earlier while at YYC, watched an amphibious Twin Otter take off. First time seeing one like that although I see Twotters all the time. Also saw another BAe 146, not sure if it's the same one I usually see though because it looked like it had a different piant job.

I hate to make everyone jealous, but just got overflown by one of the Fairford B2s  ;D ;D ;D It wasn't high either, maybe 10,000ft!

at 5:30am as I was leaving for work this morning a low rumble could be heard. I look up and see the unmistakeable shape of a B-1B heading on a north easterly course. First time ive seen one in the wild. (out side of an air show)
I always hope for the best.
Unfortunately,
experience has taught me to expect the worst.
